Ready to cook

Local chef Vicky Garcia Bishop is representing Gibraltar at the Brighton Food Festival where she will cook for 60 people today including festival organisers at the inauguration dinner this evening. Ms Garcia Bishop will bring a taste of Gibraltar, Iberia and North Africa to ‘Jeremy’s Restaurant’, a fine dining establishment in West Sussex. Tonight’s event marks the start of the award winning 12 day festival. See feature page 13.
