RBS International yesterday announced a restructure that will put 13 jobs at risk in Gibraltar.
A total of 28 jobs will be impacted across jurisdictions as a result of the changes to their Personal and Business Banking and Services structures.
These changes are as a result of a review which identified the opportunity to make the bank more efficient and centred around its customers’ needs, RBS International said in a statement yesterday.
A spokesperson for RBS International commented: “The changes we are proposing will unfortunately have an impact on jobs.”
“This is clearly difficult news for our colleagues who are affected and we will do everything we can to support them throughout the process.”
Despite the restructure, RBS International said it remains committed to all the jurisdictions they serve.
