Local children enjoyed an athletics course as part of the Gibraltar Summer Sports and Leisure Programme.
The children were split into three groups of 12 and took part in the relay, short put and long jump activities.
The morning’s classes were held at the Victoria Stadium and the Sports Train continues next week.
Across the pitch children aged between five and six played a game of rounder’s. The children were split into three groups and practiced their throwing and catching skills as well as learning the ropes of the game.
The summer programme organised by the Gibraltar Sports and Leisure Authority comes to a close on August 19th.
